Every MOKURRA piece names its real material — solid wood, engineered wood or rattan — with exact dimensions and finish. Our electric fireplaces list their real specs too: power, heat settings, timer and safety features. If it's engineered wood, we say so. You decide with facts, not flattery.

No. We ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Orders with a delivery address outside the UK cannot be processed.

Delivery is free on every UK order. The price shown at checkout is the final price you pay, with nothing extra on delivery (your order ships Delivered Duty Paid).

Handling takes 1 to 2 business days and transit takes 5–12 business days, for a total estimated delivery of 7–14 business days by UPS. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. Change-of-mind returns receive a full refund of the item price, with no restocking fee; you arrange and pay for return postage. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or wrong, we replace it or refund you in full and cover the return. Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your item.
